1. We will not be held responsible for the wear and tear of hair extension. Hair extensions are very delicate and should be treated with extra care. The correct care and maintenance will affect how long the hair extension will last. For more info check out our blog.
2. 100% full payment must be done within 3 working days after the invoice is sent to you.
3. All goods sold are not refundable or returnable. However, if you find split ends with the hair extensions you can ask for an exchange.
4. We will ship out the item 2-3 working days after payment is received.
5. Only serious buyers will be entertained.
