1. How to Place an Order?
a. Choose the hair extension and colour that you desire.
b. Fill out the order form here. List out the items that you want to buy and also the rest of your personal details in the allocated space.
c. An invoice will be sent to your email.
d. Bank in the total amount using any of the payment methods mentioned.
d. For COD method, you have to pay full amount before setting a time and place for pick up.
e. Please send a confirmation email after you have made the payment. You will receive the product 5 - 7 days after payment. For pre-order stock, please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your product.
2. Where do you all get your products from?
We import our hair extensions from a reliable manufacturer and professional supplier located in China. They are a legal, leading Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) and have processed and supplied all kinds of 100% human hair weaves, natural hair, hair extensions and wigs to clients in the European, American, Japanese and Oceanian markets for over 10 years. They also won a high reputation among customers in all regions due to their high product quality and excellent services.
3. Is it really 100% human hair? How can you be sure?
Yes, it is 100% human hair. You can flat iron, curl or dye the hair extension. We personally check every product that we received and we also got advice from professional hair salons. When you burned your own hair or the hair extension it has a very distinct burnt smell. When you burn synthetic hair it doesn't have emit that kind of burnt smell.
4. Can i flat ironed, curl blow or dry the hair extension?
Yes, as mentioned above, you can do the above as it is 100% human hair. Blow dryers, curling irons and other thermal tools may be used on low settings. Remember, the hair may scorch if the setting is too high.
5. Can i dye the hair extension?
Yes, but remember that human hair extensions have been previously treated and chemically processed. It is not recommended to lighten, bleach or lift color from this hair. If you must color the human hair extensions, we recommend purchasing a lighter color and using semi-permanent color to deposit only.

7. How long can the hair extension last?
The hair extension can last you from 2-5 years depending on how you take care of them.
Caring for your new hair product is easy, and you should treat your new product as an investment that you want to keep looking new and fresh for as long as possible. The correct care and maintenance will ensure you that the the product will last for the longest amount of time. Just like your own hair, human hair will accumulate residue through normal wear.
